 I am totally disgusted by the blinkered media coverage of any issue that goes against the Government policy, though it is proclaimed that Western media is free and independent.
During the Falklands war, all the discussions in the media were
about the strategy of the invasion, but not the validity of the
invasion. No body asked what on earth British were doing in the
South Pacific thousands of miles away from Britain?
Now everyone wants to condemn Iran for its nuclear
program, with out any mention to un-declared possession of nuclear
weapon by Israel. Israel has all the rights to occupy, torture and
officially murder/eliminate Palestinian men, women and children
their leaders, just labeling them terrorists even without.
This labeling is a God given right only to the
West, to declare anything right or wrong, legal or illegal, because
they have the monopoly of the language (English), media and the
firepower.
Now first time a Muslim country decided to take
the same power in its own hands, rather than behave like Western
puppet regimes in Saudi Arabia or UAE countries; Western media and
its hired commentator are going on full thrust to declare it dangerous.
We have seen it in the last few years, how Iraq
was given all these convenient labels before invasion, now same
rhetoric is used for Iran. Real reason that Iran is a Muslim country,
not a puppet of the West and it has petrol.
Well done Rod Liddle and your friends who take
words of Meir Dagan head of Mossad (most notorious organization)
as facts, none of others have any say in this matter.
